Do Sonys use "samsung" hard drives mainly?

    I've got a PCG-61611M and a Samsung with it that I'm nearly sure is the right one.

    I don't want to have to put it in a caddy later on to check. I don't think I even have one at the moment - I'd have to look.

    I'm curious as to why you need to know the make of the HDD.
