Illness benefit tax refund

Hi quick question, in 2014 I worked from Jan-March. I then became unemployed from end of March to June and I received job seekers allowance for this time. I commenced a new job in June and worked for 8 weeks before becoming ill and off work from August to February of this year. During these 7 months off sick I received illness benefit directly to myself and did not receive any pay from my employer. I am back in work now and wondering would I be entitled to a tax refund for the tax credits used while on illness benefit or would I even owe tax? Thanks for any advice
