What year are you looking at they changed over in 2007. Gearboxes gave issues on some of the earlier ones so watch out for that when looking. The older one had a 100 bhp 1.9 cdti engine the newer is 2.0 cdti 115 bhp I think both engines are fairly close in terms of reliability. Once you get a well minded example you should be ok.

Gearbox problems. Wiring problems. Injectors seizing in the head. Leaky injectors.

Is the wiring loom for the 2 litre cdti the same as the 1.9 engine?

    What's the budget?

If you can find one of the Silver ones with the Glass panels down the side, they have generally been pretty well looked after (as we looked after them), and they will be better spec than most (A/C is a rare option on the Vivaro and all those will have it).

Is one example, but it seems to have lost 44,000km since it was sold in July last year, or it might just be "mis advertised"....
