Living in Ireland, working for a UK company (Double Taxation agreement))

Hi all, hoping someone can shed some light on this, everything I have read is in legalese and I dont really understand where I stand. I currently live and work in the UK, have done for 15 years, but in July I will be moving home to Ireland with wife and 2 kids. I will continue to work for my UK company, and fly into london once a week or so for a couple days. I will continue to be paid into a UK bank account, and will transfer most of that money to an Irish Joint account.

I understand that UK and Ireland have a double taxation treaty in place, but what does that mean? Is the tax I pay in the UK sufficient? Will I also have to pay tax in Ireland?
