    Hi Folks,

Hoping someone can give me some info on good cooking classes/courses for Vietnamese food, if we dont have anything that specific then and overall oriental or middle eastern class?

My OH loves to cook and after a recent holiday we both really got into Vietnamese food and she would like to replicate it. Plus it might help get me into the kitchen more than I currently do.

    Cheers.

I believe Saba restaurant does cookery classes in Thai cooking, but do find out if they also cover Vietnamese since it is a Thai/Vietnamese restaurant.

    They do ...

    ... as does Camile Thai.

I've been toying with the idea of doing something similar myself for a while but never get around to it.
