Trainee accountant technician job with no experience

    Am dng accounting technician course, in my 1st year. Looking for work experience as trainee accounting technician. I don't hv any previous experience in this field. Can you suggest where to find job experience. Tried few firms, but they seem interested in people with some experience. Any suggestion or advice appreciated. Thanks

    This would probably be better suited to the accountancy forum - a mod might move it when they have the chance?

    Have you tried applying to small practices? A lot of the larger ones won't take you without any experience but I know quite a few small firms (less than 10 staff) who are more than willing to take on inexperienced people.
