Something not right from selling on ebay

    Hi

    just wondering if anyone encountered any issues similar to mine

    In October i sold an item which resulted in about 25 quid worth of fees which i had paid

    In November the item was returned to me and it looked like the fees were being credited back to my account however they never showed up as a credit.

    I tried to explain the situation to ebay CS but they are not being helpful.

    I'm not too sure on how to proceed now

    any help is welcome

    Why was the item returned to you? Was a dispute raised from the buyer?

    no dispute was raised but he returned it and i refunded him. Then I closed the transaction to get the fees back

    I'm an absolute idiot though. long story short it turned out i never paid for the original debited fees..

    the mods can close this now
