Hi, I was selling some simpsons iphone covers on ebay when I got an email from ebay to say that my listing had been removed. They said Fox (Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation) had requested them to remove it because it infringes their intellectual property rights. I contacted the rights owner and they said that my items were counterfeit and therefore cannot be sold. There are loads of listings with the same items as mine. I know maybe they may not of just been removed yet or something. Can anyone give me more information on this and maybe what should I do. Thanks.

The other ones haven't been removed yet, is the simple answer.

Unless the items are actual Fox-authorised items you're not going to be able to sell them anywhere online for very long.
