    Hello everyone,

This is my first time using this forum!

I am building a gaming pc for my transition year project

    My budget is 300-400€ maximum

    I already have a CPU (AMD Athlon x4 750k), motherboard (ASROCK FM2A75 Pro4) & screen

    Parts I need :
    RAM (preferably 2x4gb)
    1TB Hard drive
    Graphics Card
    Power supply
    A copy of windows 7
and if possible a good but cheap Mid-tower case with a side panel

    I would appreciate any help

The final build needs to be handed in the 23rd of march, so i'm under pressure!

    Many Thanks, Max

Crucial Ballistix 8gb Ram is 58 I think
Western Digital Blue 1tb is €52
Copy of windows on Reddit is €20
    GTX 750ti is €165
    BeQuiet L8 300W €39

Comes to almost €350 with delivery. Dunno about a case for you
All parts from hardwareversand through geizhals discount site

Cooler Master Elite 431 is €40, supposedly a good mid case. Add a €5 case fan

    Yeah its loads.

    http://www.extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine

I used this, which over estimates, and then added a disk drive and 2 HDDs and it still comes out only 295W

    Thanks a lot !
The WD blue 1tb isnt available, what do you think of the seagate barracuda 1tb 7200rpm ?

Pretty much all hard drives from the larger manufacturers are the same thing to be honest.

The total price is gonna be €402 if you use PayPal. Give or take a few cents

Is the CPU and fan already in the motherboard?

What do you mean by that ?

Is the processor already installed into the motherboard, covered by its fan? Or are they still in separate parts

Might as well just get a VS350 power supply, it's cheaper and more headroom.

A GTX750Ti should be about 120-130, at 165 it's way too expensive. For that price you can get a R9 270X and almost an R9 280.

That's what geizhals was giving me. GPUs have skyrocketed the last few weeks

*edit never mind I was looking at what appears to be a different model.

MSI 750Ti is 135, ASUS Model is 143 OP

yes the cpu is already mounted

Grand, you won't need paste. Seeing as TerrorFirmer only pointed out the GPU and PSU as being wrong, and he's generally great for this stuff, I'd say you're good to go
