    Hi,

Does anyone know of any resources which explain taxation polices and other benefits in Ireland for persons who have recently attained EU citizenship?
The person was working in Ireland up until recently on a non-EU student visa and has now obtained citizenship of another EU member state.
Of particular interest is claiming tax relief on college fees and entitlement to PRSI and other contributions made during time working on student visa.

    thanks.

I'd recommend checking with Citizen's Information. From a tax point of view if you're resident in the country you're treated the same regardless of where you're from. PRSI there may well be changes for him.
