Hi we are currently buying a house that has a Baxi 35/80 ie boiler installed, we want to extend to the house immediately and am wondering two things:
-what is the maximum amount of radiators this boiler can service efficiently
-the extention is going to be coming off the existing dining room making some of its external wall now internal, the boiler is on this affected wall, can we leave it where it is and re-route the exhaust vent along wall to reach new external wall or how difficult are they to move? (obviously using a rgi approved professional)
