    I'm in need of some advice.

    I'm looking to buy a fairly low-powered car as soon as possible. I need something inexpensive and reliable, and I'm not incredibly picky about aesthetics.. the only thing is I'll freely admit I don't know much about cars.

    Can anyone offer any advice on what to look (out) for when buying?

    Also, I'm a younger driver (22) with named driving experience and have my license 3 years. Any suggestions on how to get a premium that won't wipe out my bank a/c?
