E46 Coupe window seals - Easy fix?

    Have noticed some road noise on the driver's side. Diagnosed it to worn window seals. There doesn't seem to be any moisture getting into the car though if it's raining.

    Is it much of a job to replace them? I'm typically not great at the "finnicky" jobs like that, much happier with bolt off - bolt on jobs!
