any other sites that you can weed out the recruitment agencies and just see actual jobs available ? hate recruitment agencies , i always seem to get a job after applying direct

On jobs.ie you can filter out jobs from recruitment agencies.

They can pretty much all do that. Look for an "advanced search" option on the website.
