Best Way To Secure a Steel Pole To A Concrete Fence Post?

    Hi all,

    I'm needing to secure a 25ft steep pole vertically using a
    concrete fence post. What would be the best way of going about this
    so the pole would not be able to sway any bit at all.

    Side Note - The Pole is 3/4 inch.
