Hi. I remember reading here that the minister was to look at building control for one off houses in light of the extra costs involved. I think they were to announce something by end of Feb if I read correctly. I heard them mention again this morning on Newstalk that they are to look into it and they mentioned the figure of an extra 6k on average in extra costs to the housebuilder. Anyone any further info on what is going one at this stage?
