    As the article says, difficult to prove. I don't think its an issue that there hasn't been any prosecutions. I think it was a loophole that they closed, I never saw it as new legislation targetting a problem.

    While I'm sure there are people out there who do it, can't say I've ever done it, or fathom how you could/would.

    Was this a big problem that needed tackling directly?

    I imagine the culture around this will change over time. Like how seatbelts are the norm now, and not drinking and driving, it will take time for the habbits to change. I still see countless people per day on the M1/M50 with the phone up their ear.

    I don't know, I really think its going from bad to worse.
    The main outcome is that sneaky phone use is getting to be the norm now.

    The amount of people getting beeped at junctions cos their eyes are in their laps is soaring.
