    Can anyone tell me what this looks like ?

    Had an appeal and it was successful
    I was sent out a letter but i dont know if this is the PMC as it dose not say that anywhere.

    It has a number in the top left
    then

    regulation 4(b)
    second schedule
    board medical certificate
