    Hi,

it's been a few years since I've turned anything and want to start back over the next few weeks.
I have a Poolewood 2000 lathe which works fine and have a good selection of timber to play with. All well dry at this stage.

so a few questions for ye:
Bowl Sanding - what do you use - a standard drill (which I used to) or and angled drill ?
(edit - might invest in a compressor and air sander !! have a lidl one but not working great - anyone use air ?)
Glue - what glue (filling in cracks etc) is currently used (gorilla ? )
Finish - folks still using Danish oil/Woodoc or is there a newer option ( bowls, platters)

    Thanks

    K
