    Hi,
    Someone here recommended to me a great re muxing tool for avi/mkv/mp4 video files - but was a previous windows that crashed.

    Anyone can recommend me a good one ?

    Handbrake tends to get recommended a lot.

    Handbrake is a re-encoder rather than muxer. You'll get considerable loss of quality if you re-encode.

    I'm not aware of any program that will allow muxing of lots of different container formats, but MKVToolnix, AVI-Mux GUI, and VirtualDub should get you started.
