This sounds like it could be an epic mess and tough to see how such a thin format can last for 7 episodes - not sure I'll watch it but may be off interest to some. I suppose at the least its nice to see BBC2 giving darts some airtime.

    Starts tonight March 1st BBC2 9PM.

I'll put up their blurb without comment, so many of the details I could argue with but hey, its for charity.

Comedians and celebrities Lee Mack, Bob Mortimer, Liza Tarbuck, Sean Lock, Tim Vine, Roisin Conaty, Richard Osman and Martin Offiah will team up with superstar players including Martin 'Wolfie' Adams, Bobby 'King of Bling' George, Andy 'The Viking' Fordham, Anastasia 'From Russia With Love' Dobromyslova, Ted 'The Count' Hankey, Deta 'The Dark Destroyer' Hedman, Darryl 'The Dazzler' Fitton and Richie 'Rich' George and compete for the coveted title of Let's Play Darts for Comic Relief Champions 2015.

    Lee Mack played pretty well.

There was a funny bit where Adams was on 15 at one point looking for a single 7 to leave double 4 and Tony Green said something along the lines of "Now let's watch Martin take this out like a professional" only for Adams to bust it when he hit a big 19 :)

    Otherwise it was ****e.

Watched a couple of games. Tim vine and lee mack would be decent pub players.
The pros embarrassed themselves if I'm honest! They were brutal!!

very true, but there was one woman (a comedian) who kept missing the scoring area and on occassion the board completely. I'm sure there had to be some element of practise in it but that was a fairly pityful display also.

BDO players, not used to playing in front of the cameras!
