    Hello Folks,

    the transfer of entitlement form 2015 is not yet available to the public but I have been waiting and had one sent to me now as its just available to the government.
    I need to transfer entitlements to my siblings as they were left by my late father to them. They do not have land. Up to now the form was straight forward and you had to note the quantity and value on the transfer form. However this year there is no section for transfer of entitlements on their own. There is only inheritance or transfer of holding with entitlements? This seams very strange.

    Can anyone shed any light on this please?

    I think entitlements can't be transferred in the way you want to this year
