Hi, the scroller on the mouse part of my laptop has suddenly stopped working now i cant scroll up or down my pages and is causing me alot of trouble if anyone knows how to fix this

I updated Windows earlier but shouldn't bave anything to do with it. When I first bought the laptop I had the same problem but the guy reinstalled the driver an fixed it that way.

    Any advice?

Reinstall the touchpad driver is a good plan.

Did you try any simple things yet, like unplugging it and shutting down laptop, then startup.

Right click mycomputer>Manage>Devices and the mouse should be listed there, you can right click it, and then 'scan for hardware changes'

edit: sorry I thought it was a mouse you had plugged in.

Look in devices and any options there.
