Paying Tolls on M50 Dublin

I have received 2 letters from eflow saying i need to pay fine for travelling over the M50. I have paid these tolls within the time frame which is required (8pm the next day) The prob is that my reg is an English reg and the guy in the shop put in the letter O instead of the number 0.

This clearly shows that this was not my error and that my best intention was to pay the toll.

I'm open to advice as what is the best step forward?

Give them a call. I've always found them good to talk to.

They are excellent to deal with. They will cancel that out no issue of you can prove that payment.

Even when you totally mess up and forget to pay, they are very helpful in that they will often knock off the additional charges if you talk nice to them.
I can't think of any other faceless business that is as good to deal with. It's usually the "computer says no" attitude but not with this company.

you paid when you have an English reg? no wonder they are confused, no-one ever did that before! :-)

Ring them and have your receipt in hand so they can get the transaction id number. They should sort it out over the phone then and there.

Regarding of the registration be it Irish or non Irish ,they can still track you and fine you.

Just on a side note, did you tell the guy in the shop it was zero, rather than oh.

They should hopefully resolve it easily, but it does state that its the driver/payee responsibility to give the correct details. I always get them to read the reg back to me before processing.
