I thought my trusty groupset that has served me so well would suit my new frame but alas, it is with great sadness that I have decided to shift it on (excuse the pun)

The original Chorus stuff is from about 9 yrs ago but is immaculate-the newer components are less than 6 months old..The groupset is currently on a second bike so can be rest ridden before delivery (Dublin area)

Best suited to a restoration project or a really good winter bike..

Chorus carbon shifters. (10 speed) New Campag hoods.

    Chorus silver brake calipers

    Chorus carbon derailleur (10 spd)

2 Chorus cassettes, one 12-28, the other 11-25.

    Chorus chain with <1500km

Record clamp on QS Carbon Front DR

As new Veloce Chainset Standard 175mm

As new braze on Centaur front DR.

The cable set is brand new also (Jag Wire Racing)

I will post pictures if there is interest.

Looking for 280 euro o.n.o. for the lot.

    Hi,

What is the approximate mileage on the groupset and can you please let me know why it would not suit your new frame (just would like to know if it would suit my one).
Also, I would like to see the photos and if there are any marks on the shifters and the components, etc.
And, would you do a deal without the cranks, as they are not my size?

Hi Seweryn and thanks for your interest.
The only reason it doesn't suit the frame is that it is a silver groupset while the new frame is a stealth carbon finish Ribble.

I am just back from a ride, so I will clean her up and take a few photos.

The mileage wouldn't be much past about 10k km as it was used on another winter bike the last 2 winters.

All of the "new" components are very low km as they were only fitted in the last few months.

I won't be splitting the groupset as to do so would mean that I am left with components to sell seperately, which I have found very messy in the past.

If you have a look at similiar used groupsets on Ebay, you will see that this is very fairly priced,so to split the set, would probably not be worth my while (the chainset alone was 125 euro, the cups an extra 25)

Give me a couple of hours and I will post the photos.

    Cheers.

    Ck.

Thank you Ck. I will pass for now due to the crankset and just realised I would not be able to re-use my own one.
    Good Luck with the sale.
