    Hi Guys
any idea where the reversing light switch is located on pajero sport ?
    Fuses and bulbs all good.
If so, how hard is the job and is it from top down or up underneath you have to work from?

Hi ,, I am going through the same thing but on a Merc ,, don't know if this will help you but I checked all wires , fuses , contact point and earths first , if everything above checks out put the car in reverse and move the gear stick around and see if they pop on in a certain position , if I mess with mine I can get them to come on but again it's not consistent ..I ordered a switch for a few euro and prayed it was just underneath the car but of course I found out I have to take out the whole automatic gear shifter and do open heart surgery on it .. And because of all the internal parts inside it I'm bound to mess it up , of course you're one could be just under the gearstick under the car ,, hopefully ,, don't know if this helps but try the wiggle test first and you might save yourself allot of messing around with hidden cables ,

Also my rear fog was out and I checked the fuse and was ok but when I moved it in position the fogs worked ,, so just because they don't look burnt out it could have corrosion on the contact points ,,
By the way I'm only a driveway Mecanic :)

There's a switch at the side of the gearbox, make sure its still connected, if it is plug it out and clean up the contacts, usually fixes it.
