Letter Query

I recently received a letter from my local welfare office.

    In it it states:
You are no doubt aware that to qualify for a Jobseeker payment you must be:
    Available for
    Capable of

    And:

    Genuinely seeking full-time work
Avail of any reasonable offer of employment

And it asks me to sign it and come in at a certain time.

I was just wondering is this normal/random or does it mean I'm under some kind of observation and picked out specifically for some reason? Am I expected to bring anything to the office with me on the day? I just found the wording of the letter strange.

Don't worry. Just bring all your evidence of job hunting to the meeting with you and therell be no problems.

    Thanks for your reply.

I was unsure if I was to bring any proof of looking for employment as the letter doesn't ask me to and just says to go to Hatch X with the signed letter. I've heard of people getting forms to fill out what they've applied for but not this one.
