    Hello guys,

Just a general question. Who would normally be the liquidators of a property or a housing estate? Just wondering, thanks

Company law dictates who can't be a liquidator, like struck off directors, but once you aren't excluded by legislation anyone is permitted.

Thanks for that but who would usually be liquidators in this country for example?

    Anyone.
Could be the local bank manager or a member of staff from one of the big accountancy firms.
