Any I get into the basket go back to the normal price, there is a couple that won't go into the basket at all.

Presume they're fixing it right now.

Got a Sony Bravia for €50 (delivery €19) before it was pulled.

Got confirmation email from them too but Terms & Conditions on their site say:

"Sometimes we have to hold our hands up and admit we have made a mistake by unintentionally publishing inaccurate information on the site (e.g. the price, description or availability of a product you have ordered). In this instance we may have to cancel your order at any time up to the point we send you the product(s), even if you have received your Order Confirmation email, and you will receive a full refund of any charges already paid."

    :(:(:(

waste of time, giving them your money for a couple of days till they return it.

Surely once they take your money that's consideration for a contract, and no matter what their T&Cs say they have to honour it?

    Invitation to treat.

They don't have to accept it. This happened last year or 2 years ago as well.

Not online, plenty of cases where it has happened, M&S honored cheap tvs before but more for PR than any other reason...ive been lucky to get a pc mis-priced from littlewoods, its just luck if yours gets shipped before anyone flags it, as you can imagine whoever works packing stuff wont give a frig, they will just see the order and do it

No Dades, do you remember the iPhone 4 off Vodafone for €50 a couple of years ago?
I think there was 1000's of them ordered.
I know one guy ordered 8 lol.
Everyone got confirmation but contract is only formed when item is sent.
Campaigns on Facebook and everything damanding the phones.
    It was a right laugh!

    Invitation to treat.
Always thought the advertisement was only an invitation to treat.

    I stand corrected, all!

That was a true classic, wasn't there a guy going mental saying that Vodafone had taken his money and left him in a really tight spot by taking so long to refund him....he had tried to order something like 10.

Well yeah. You can make an offer of 30 euro through the system. They don't have to accept it.

Same as if something is priced wrong on the shelf in a shop. They don't have to accept it
