    morning folks
it looks like recesion is a song of the past so probably its a good time to ask for more money. I would like to know what,in your opinion/experience, would be a fair rate to propose in talks about wage?Im a night manager in quiet big hotel, extremly busy, having wide range of responsabilities and duties. pls note we dont do any functions,if its matters, but we have 10 busy meeting rooms to be set up on daily basis.night teem consist od 2 managers, cleaner and bar staff.

Have a friend who is in the hotel business for years. Wages are awful at the moment. He's on 25k or 12 euro an hour and is a manager. He had to change jobs a couple of times to get this. It was usually 11 euro an hour.
