Ethiopia in April .. how long should I stay?

I've an opportunity to go to Ethiopia in April for a week with a friend, but I'm between jobs and have a small bit of cash put aside so I'm thinking of spending a bit longer there. Anybody got any thoughts on this? Is there enough time to blitz the country in a week or ten days?

At least 3 weeks. I was there for that long in 2012 and speant less than 1000 flying everywhere and generally living the life
