Boiler trouble

I have a vokera vision 25s heating system. Last week I got an A04 alarm, for insufficient water pressure, I fixed that by releasing the valve on the boiler.

The last few days I've had a A06 alarm saying check jumper tag configuration. I've also noticed that my boiler is leaking water, which looks like urine

    Any feedback would be helpful

What pressure did you refill the boiler to ?

    That's way too high.
It should be 1.25 when the system is cold. You've overfilled it. Now Once the system heats up it expands, increasing the pressure even further. The pressure relief valve relases water( your leak I'd say ) at 3 bar. When the system is cold, bleed a radiator and watch until the pressure is 1.25. When heat is back on it shouldn't go above 2. If it does then that's another issue
