Mk2 Ford Focus (2005) 1.4 Manual Gearbox Oil Fill Point

    Folks,

    I'm wondering if anyone knows where the fill point is on a manual gearbox on a mk2 ford focus (2005).

    Went looking and couldn't see anything obvious. Didn't want to unbolt anything just in case.

    I'd be very grateful if someone could post a picture or video of the fill point.

    There should be a filler plug about half way up the gearbox(side closes to the front of the car). Unscrew the plug. If oil starts to trickle out of the hole then the level is correct. If not, then just top up.

    There should be another plug lower down. This is used if you want to drain the oil from the gearbox.
