Mods please move to more appropriate forum if necessary

Bit of a long shot, but does anyone familiar with Bangalore in India know where I might be able to catch the match this Sunday? I've thrown the question up on some ex-pat forums but no luck yet.

    Thanks

I was so unbelievably confused, Ireland played England in the cricket 4 years ago in Bangalore! I thought you were both posting in the wrong forum and confused about which cricket world cup it was.

An english based forum might also be worth a try to ask around. you'd have to endure watching it with the enemy - but hopefully you'll be the one smiling at the end.

don't know of any specific british forum of use though i'm afraid.

Setanta Sports are showing the game live in India. It will be on their website and via their app as well. If there are such things as Irish bars in Banglalore then you should be sorted :)

There was a young man in Bangalore
Who wanted to find out the rugby score
    He went to the pub
    to get some grub
and found Ireland beat England by four.:)

I really hope you go around all boards threads just posting random Limericks. I feel boards could do with something to bring cheer.

Just for future reference for anyone who might need to catch a game in Bangalore any time, Guzzelers (just off the Brigade road) are able to throw on pretty much anything you want. It was on Sony 6 this evening.

    Result!

Here's a question for you. Whats the interest in rugby over in India? Does it get much by way of cover or are we still playing second fiddle to Kabaddi?:)

No Idea. I heard there's a Rugby U club out there somewhere. As for coverage, some of the bar people I asked didn't seem to know what rugby was so I think that says it all.

The fiends! The place has gone to rack and ruin since Ghandi took it over :)
