Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Comedian Reginald D Hunter returns to his American homeland to discover the Songs of the South.

Did anyone watch this? It was on BBC2, 9PM, 21st February. It's on the BBC iPlayer if you can access it.

A three part series, in the first he toured Kentucky and Tennessee stopping at places such as Dollywood, Nashville and Knoxville. It was pretty interesting in parts, some nice music and a bit of filler as there inevitably is.

Reginald's manner and humour made it pretty easy to watch even when the topic of blackface was broached.

Yeah, but the music he found there isn't country music. It's good stuff... :-)
