Hi all. I was planning on sitting the f8 exam in June and have a couple of questions in relation to the exam.

Firstly am I allowed any references material in exam. Ie audit standards??

Secondly would people recommend international or uk (or is there and irish) exam.

    Thanks for the replies

You can't bring in any material to an ACCA exam. ACA allows you to bring in whatever material you wish to use.

I never did F8 so I cannot give you a definitive answer but I would assume that it's international Audit that Irish students do. But I'm open to correction.

I'm not sure if any colleges in Dublin offer UK version - I did an International variant and I think most of the colleges were doing INT a few years ago when I did mine.

You're not allowed to bring reference materials into any ACCA exams.
