thought these guys were losing the franchise? they took vw to court over it nearly 2yrs ago and lost but are still dealers ?

They are not listed on the vw site as a dealer anyway just newmarket and the 3 blackwater sites listed for cork.

Strange passed by there last wk looks like they are still dealers heard radio ads recently too

Actually when you use the dealer search on the vw website they come up. But yet on some of the vw brochures under vw network that lists all the dealers they are not on it.

If you go into the vw search on the website they are technically only a vw service partner and vw used car dealer so not a full dealer as such but can still sell new vw cars if they want I suppose.

I think Maxwells of Athy are the same. "Service Partners" but still selling new VW's for all I know.

Do O Learys still operate from the premises on the Model Farm Rd next to the motor tax office? Haven't been out that way in yonks.
Theres been some upheavals in the main dealer operations in Cork in the last number of years.
