Would anyone have any idea where to get copper washers for a craft project?
Approx dimensions, outside diameter 25m, hole diameter10 mm, thickness 2mm

Motor factors and farm machinery places will have stocks of copper washers in loads of sizes, though the dimensions you mention don't sound like anything I've ever seen 'off the shelf'.

In halfords, they have boxes of copper washers, outside diameter is big enough, but there is a very large inner diameter, which is not good to me.
Have called a bunch of places and no joy!

Old copper cylinder and a set of suitable sized punches and a very large hammer?

Thinking more about it if I needed a lot and couldn't get them I'd get a suitable thickness copper sheet an old cylinder might not be thick enough. Next I'd mark it up and drill the 10mm holes ideally with a Pillar Drill then I'd punch out the washers with a 25mm Q-Max punch - that punch works needs a 10mm hole to work.

A 25mm hole saw might also work, bear in mind the idea with the hole say and a Q-Max punch is to make a hole in the material not to make a washer so there will be some flattening and/or deburring necessary to finish each washer.
