Hey guys, so today I got my conditional contract for a graduate position in AIB. The title is <>. Just wondering has anyone been through this graduate program? Could you give me a bit of insight into what it entails exactly? I'll be commuting from <>every day, so I could really use some some info on start and finish times if possible. I'll be based in the <>.

Heya :) I haven't actually started yet. Yes there was an aptitude test. It was the silo/grain test. Honestly it was the most confusing thing! How I passed it is beyond me :D
I think the main thing is not to over think it. You are given a lot of information that you don't need.

Unfortunately I dont know of anywhere you can practice for that test. Will you be taking the aptitude test soon? I know there is also another test that is more straightforward and I think you can find similar on the morrisby website. And yes, its 30 q's.

No problem :) I was really nervous for both the aptitude test and interview but they turned out not to be so bad. There is a little bit of maths involved in the test I did..not sure about the other one..what role did you apply for?
Im supposed to be starting next week in the <>..im not from dublin so it'll be a big change for me..

u wont look back, There is so many people it wont take long to make friends etc,
Its a Role in <> so it will most likely be the test you had, Is there any prep you can recommend or have you any advice for it ?

Hey to the guy who is due to start soon, I would be careful about revealing this kind of info online, someone in Aib could see it. Especially if you are hit you will get stalked as "fresh meat" when you start etc.

Agree with this. I work in <> and know of others who would lurk on boards so just be careful what you say on here!

    Hi,

Just wondering has anyone ever taken up a Customer Service/Branch Banking position with AIB.
I have recently applied for one which says it is for a 23 month contract.

I am wondering if anyone has info on what these customer service positions are like, is there genuinely scope for career growth, what is the likelihood of being made permanent after the 23 months are up etc...

Also, what sort of salary can one expect?

    Thanks
