    Afghanistan v Scotland 10pm GMT
Sri Lanka v Bangladesh 3.30am GMT.

I know the Afghanistan game is referenced on the other thread but its really part of day 13, plus that thread got quite busy for some reason.

Have to fancy Sri Lanka and the other game is hard to call but I'll go for Afghanistan.

Was looking for the result in that other thread before it dawned on me that the match is tonight! Will change that thread title to remove reference to the second match

Scots off to a bad start, but it seems all you need this WC is one good partnership

So Scotland post a total of 210.... not great but not as bad as it looked it might be for them and definitely gives them something to defend.
This is Scotland's highest ever score in a World Cup match.

Afghanistan the favourites now of course but they'll need be solid. Scotland still in this.

210 all out after 50 overs

May be too little but if the Scots bowl as they can they can still win this

90/5, game on now, but the 6th and 7th wickets seem to be the ones for making the game winning partnerships

This may seem cruel, but the Afghans when they bat are so thick, so many stupid shots to get out, they have no idea how to pace an innings at all.

Easily the worst batting side in the World Cup.

Another great finish. Shenwari hit three sixes in four balls to bring Afghanistan within 18 runs with 20 balls remaining and then got out next ball, having scored 96. Now need 14 off the last two overs with only one wicket remaining.

Now need five to win off the last over.

And Afghanistan have won with three balls to spare!

Afghanistan win like Ireland did yesterday. Shame for Scotland a great effort.

    Fail.

That was fantastic fun, well done Afghanistan, feel for Scotland though. :(

Sangakarra and dilshan masterclass. Just the 333 needed to win for Bangladesh then

Only one SL wicket fallen and a pretty big total. Ouch.

Bangladesh 240 all out. 2 points for SL.

Bangladesh are useless. It would be like Ireland not being able to play Hurling. Pathetic side, How many chances do they need? Tamim Iqbal and Sakhib are the only players in that side who look the part. The other 9 are passengers except for Mushrafe Mortaza who has been very unlucky with injuries and a reduced threat as a result
