Neff Coffee Machine Problems

Have a built in Neff coffee machine, model C7660N1, approx. 5 years old, in everyday use all that time without any problems, until now. The grinder unit motor that grinds the beans is now running constantly and wont stop, only when the machine is plugged out. The machine has always been well cared for and cleaning cycles…

Have a built in Neff coffee machine, model C7660N1, approx. 5 years old, in everyday use all that time without any problems, until now.

The grinder unit motor that grinds the beans is now running constantly and wont stop, only when the machine is plugged out.

The machine has always been well cared for and cleaning cycles always ran when needed.

Looking for advice re this, or any recommendations for a Neff service guy in the Galway city area.
