[Build Ready?] Put together a €620 build

My first foray into building a pc, starting small. I have done a couple of days research, but there's an overwhelming amount of information around and I want to get the most value out of my money. I would also like to know in advance whether or not all the components will play nicely together.

I'm located in Kildare, but I plan to assemble it myself. I'm not pushed for time and plan to order the parts sometime in the next few weeks.

I plan on using the build for 1080p gaming, in particular modded Skyrim and modded Minecraft. Nothing cutting edge. I'm not above turning down the detail levels in order to maintain ~60 fps. I have an SSD despite it being a budget conscious build because I hear they're an instant and noticeable quality of life increase. If disposing of it and putting the money into another component would really, really help I'll consider it, but I would prefer to keep it. I'm not planning on overclocking.

I have peripherals, it's just the tower needed. I don't have any parts from previous machines. All prices are taken from hardwareversand.de, after the discounts from geizhals.de are applied.

    CPU: Intel Core i3-4160 - €110.26
    GPU: Gigabyte Radeon R9 270 WindForce - €156.10
    Motherboard: MSI H81M-P33 - €40.75
    RAM: Kingston 8GB 1600MHz DDR3 - €69.62
    PSU: Corsair VS Series VS450, Non-Modular - €37.49
    Storage: WD Blue 1TB - €50.98
    SSD: Kingston SSD V300 120GB - €53.20
    Case: BitFenix Neos - €35.05

    Total + Shipping: €560.44
    OS: Windows 8.1 Pro Student - €59.99

It said when I created the account that I couldn't post links, so none here I'm afraid. Don't know how anyway.

I should note that I choose that particular case because it has front and bottom dust filters, which is something I believe I want after my last machine.

I would prefer not to spend much more than that. I have considered 'downgrading' the CPU to the Intel Pentium G3258 - €67.91 and putting the savings into a better video card, but I'm on the fence. As I said above, I'm not planning on overclocking and I hear the i3 is better for folks like me.

Suggestions, corrections, criticisms welcome. As mentioned, I'm brand new to this whole thing.

If you can afford the extra €40, get the 240GB for €92.98 - you'll be surprised how little room there is on the 120GB.

The dust filters on the front are in a handy enough area. At 08:36 of this video he talks of an additional air vent; not sure why that's there, as it doesn't look like there is a filter there, thus could cause intake of dust? I only note this, as you seem to mention that your current case is dust clogged.

Thanks for your help. If I can scrounge up the extra money I'll certainly go for the larger size. I'll keep that in mind about the case as well.
