Anyone have a handy short lease agreement? I downloaded from the IFA website but it was around 9-10 pages. I've seen a 2 page one that would suit just fine.

I have a handy enough one based off my own original one drawn up by a solicitor, which I created a template from for a friend. If you pm me your email
    I will send it on.

I haven't a clue and just throwing it out there but if it's not drafted up by a solicitor or letting/estate agent is it worth the paper it's written on?

One thing l've learnt recently is leave nothing to chance.

If it was signed by both & both have a copy, would that not be sufficient?

Not sure frazzled, my friend required for tax purposes and it seemed to have sufficed. We did look at the requirements, he was looking to claim tax relief on having his land leased out. It didn't have to submitted, only requirement was that it was signed and in place and witnessed.

I am open to correction and maybe for other tax purposes it may be a requirement.

Find the place on the map, it should give you a Folio number on the right.
