    OB Hex = code 11

There is a battery disconnect systen that isolates the battery in the event of a crash, under control of the srs system.

This "squib" is probably faulty and needs to be replaced.

Definitely not diy, as you could set off the airbags.

Dieselbug, do you know what year minis that was fitted to? I've heard of it giving trouble in BMWs alright.

i'm not sure to be honest but I would guess about 2004 on.

    I'v seen 2003 without but 2004 with.

Grand, not an issue for me so. I just have to deal with the airbag wiring connectors that mostly but not always connect. Wie Qualität...

Ok so I took out the positive connection and took of the detonator cap and I was getting a reading of 0.2ohms I checked the one from the scrap yard which gave me 2.3 so I swapped them over and now just need to check it on the machine to see if that will turn it off now
