Hi,

Bringing two of my girls (ages 9 & 10) for their first badminton 'knockabout' this evening so just wondering if anyone has any tips on introducing them to the game?

I've been playing competitive badminton for years but have never had to coach anyone from scratch so any help/advice on teaching them the basics (while keeping it fun) would be appreciated.
