I had an interview before for a similar position but fell down on questions like ''So, tell me a bit abit about yourself?'' and ''Do you have anymore questions?'' Like where do you start??

"Tell me a bit about yourself" is an invitation to give a very brief summary of your previous experience and education, and anything else of relevance, as found on your cv. Just needs a little preparation and practice to get it right.

Expect questions which will allow you talk about team work, on dealing with customers, awkward or otherwise.

What would you think is most important in customer service? How would others describe you? A lot of questions seem different but are looking for the same or similar answers, which tell them you understand the role and that you're a perfect fit for it. :)

At the end, have a couple of decent questions prepared, related to how you can do the job, or maybe help others around the shop, which show an interest in the role and developing your skills.

    Good luck op. :)

Thank you so much! Just one more thing. Should I wear jeans or slacks with black shoes to the interview?

Well, interview lasted 35 minutes in comparison to 7 minutes for my last. They liked the responses I gave and asked me a lot of questions. They were also impressed with my questions at the end. I wore black shoes and slacks along with a shirt and black jacket.

I really want to thank everyone for their help.
