Okay, I work in sales there's something to putting forward the posatives of a product but some of the descriptions of property are just ridiculous.

    Example

"This extravagant three-bed duplex property, spread over two floors, boasts a high standard of living, with modern furnishing throughout. "

WTF is extravagant about it? It's a sodding Duplex in Kilbarrack! Oh two floors, TWO in a duplex from the Latin meaning two floored **** hole.

I realise someone is not going to describe something as a dog box in Cabra but at what point are they clearly sitting there writing this tuff giggling and taking the piss?

Also what part of using a Map do EAs not understand, that thing is nearer Sutton than Raheny.

I saw a "studio apartment" that was a bed separated from the kitchen by a curtain. :D

Maybe that's what extravagant about it.

BTW not limited to this add just happened to be one from another thread about something. Look at any property they're always delighted to release <insert **** hole> to the market.

    It's in Jobstown.

It's the quality of the water protesters.

It is, it's 'really nice', 'well kept' it is not 'stunning' or a 'show home'. :pac:

A plot of tillage land is for sale near me. Estate agent has a you tube clip included. Features a monster of a combine harvester working in a vast flat field. Don't think there is a machine that big in this country. Plus the field is anything but flat and level. Anyone who watched the video and then went to see the land would get some shock.
