    Wat is the average price for solicitor fees when buying a house! I am based in west dublin if anyone can recommend any one that would be great?!

    I'm paying €1200 + Vat + Outlays plus €200 for undertakings to the bank + €100 for paper and pens. He's also handling my brother in laws house purchase in D15 and I've found him to me very good - based in D5 though. PM me if you want the name.

    I'm paying 1000 +vat + all extras. Total will be about 2000. Based in Mayo. They have an office in Dublin though so may be of use to you.

    I'm paying 1200+VAT. That's with MOD SNIP / NO NAMES , Dublin 7. Their number is 8681060 if you want to get a quote

    VAT 23%, so I think that works out 1476.....
