Ending tenancy early

    Hi,

I am currently an OP in an apartment 22 months. The property is looked after by a management company. First moved in May 2013 and signed 12 month contract. Renewed the lease for a further 12 months but no contract was signed. The term ends April 2015. My current financial situation has drastically changed quite quick and I need to leave the property. I have no problem forfeiting the deposit, but will there be any further repercussions? Any advice would be great!

    Thanks

Hi OP, I've moved this to Accommodation and Property, where it is more appropriate

Cake, and grief counseling, will be available at the conclusion of the test

Depends on where it is but in the current climate it's likely the landlord will get a replacement Tenant in and benefit from your deposit.
