    How much would it cost to build a toilet & kitchen in a shop?
    nothing fancy just basic

    Comes down to layout, corridor lengths, number of doors, size of kitchen, appliance requirements, cooker requirements, stainless steel need, counter space needs, display needs, health and safety, building regs.

    Very hard one to throw a figure out at due to the variables.
